Course Description:
Addressing issues related to body image in the treatment of eating disorders. Teaching clients to look at what represents us outside of our physical bodies and how to manage expectations regarding improvements in body image. Looking at how the various aspects in the process of recovery are not parallel and how to tolerate discomfort and distress related to body image.
