PRESENTATION DESCRIPTION
Helping Clients Explore Polyamorous Relationships
This presentation's goal is to help therapists develop a greater understanding of the unique dynamics, communication strategies, and emotional complexities involved in polyamorous relationships. An emphasis is place on the importance of exploring issues such as jealousy, boundaries, communication, and inclusive language when working with clients who are navigating non-monogamous dynamics.

Speaker Bio

Sara Hoadley (she/her) is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) specializing in adult ADHD, sex therapy, alternative lifestyles, and the LGBTQIA+ community. With a warm and affirming approach, she provides a safe and non-judgmental space for individuals and couples to explore their unique identities, experiences, and relationships.
Sara specializes in working with clients from diverse backgrounds, helping them navigate challenges related to ADHD, sexual health and intimacy, kink/BDSM, non-traditional relationship structures, and gender. She is dedicated to promoting self-acceptance, open communication, and healthy boundaries in all aspects of my clients' lives.
Through a strengths-based and collaborative approach, she works with clients to identify their goals, overcome obstacles, and build resilience. She is committed to helping individuals and couples cultivate fulfilling and authentic lives that honor their individuality and values. Sara's ultimate goal is to empower her clients to embrace their true selves and live authentically in all areas of their lives.
