Short Description (199 characters max)
I help people reconnect with their true self through integrative therapy, trauma healing, and Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy in a safe, compassionate, and supportive space.
Description (2950 characters max)
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist offering a compassionate, integrative approach to healing. My work is rooted in the belief that each of us has a deep inner wisdom — a true self — that gets buried beneath layers of trauma, conditioning, disconnection, and survival strategies. My role is to help you gently peel back those layers, reconnect with your inner knowing, and begin to live from a place that feels authentic, grounded, and whole.

I specialize in trauma, relationships, life transitions, and psychedelic integration, including Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP). I work with individuals who are struggling with anxiety, grief, depression, or simply a sense of feeling “off” or lost in their lives. Many of my clients are highly insightful, sensitive, and intuitive — but feel overwhelmed, disconnected from themselves, or stuck in old patterns they can’t seem to shift on their own.

My therapeutic style is warm, relational, and intuitive. I use a blend of traditional and experiential approaches, including depth-oriented talk therapy, somatic awareness, inner child work, parts work (such as Internal Family Systems), mindfulness, and trauma-informed practices. I also integrate spiritual and creative tools when aligned with your values — offering a flexible and personalized path for healing.

For those who feel called to deeper transformation, I offer Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy in a safe, nurturing, and ethically guided setting. KAP can be a powerful support for those dealing with chronic depression, anxiety, PTSD, or emotional stuckness. It’s not a quick fix, but when combined with preparation and integration therapy, it can open doors to profound insight and reconnection with the self.

In addition to individual therapy, I also facilitate healing groups, workshops, and retreats through my wellness center, Coastal Sage. These offerings are for those seeking not just support, but community — a place to be witnessed, held, and reminded that you’re not alone.

If you feel a quiet inner pull — a longing to return to yourself, to live more fully, or to feel a deeper sense of peace and purpose — I’d be honored to walk alongside you. Healing doesn’t have to be rushed. It doesn’t have to be perfect. It just has to be real.

Let me know if you’d like a shorter preview version or anything tailored to couples, teens, or a different client group.
