Hello ~ We are Connected Life Center, and we do experiential therapy. That means we move while we process, since our bodies hold our memories, trauma & life experience. We use sandtray, art, Lego, movement, dance, music, play, outdoors, symbolism, Brainspotting, EMDR, yoga and other methods to help you work through to the other side of feel less pain and more Life. We work with children, teens, families, couples, parents, adoption, special needs, death, loss, illness, selective mutism, enuresis, encopresis & many other child and family struggles. Life is hard. No matter your age, our goal is to help you figure out You (your Self - capital S Self - what is packed inside of you to be discovered, expand and grow), and be You more of the time.
