Victoria Wallace Schlicht, MA, MFT, SEP describes “befriending anxiety” as a non-pathologizing conceptualization approach to reducing a client’s anxious experience.
Her practice is holistic in approach. She specializes in reducing anxiety and treating trauma. Victoria is a certified Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (SEP), and incorporates a somatic approach and awareness into her work. Course meets the qualifications for one (1) hour of continuing education credit for MFTs and/or LCSWs as required by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences.
