Drawing from my years of education and life experience, I provide a warm and supportive environment to help individuals manage the stress, anxiety, depression, grief, and uncertainty that can come with unexpected changes. Together, we will work closely to address their needs, identify thought patterns that are keeping them stuck and overwhelmed, and develop healthier coping skills so they can be happy again.
I also work with individuals diagnosed with cancer. As a cancer survivor myself, I understand the emotions, exhaustion, isolation, and existential angst one feels when dealing with a cancer diagnosis. My sensitivity and compassion will help the individual feel safe to discuss the most sensitive subjects relating to cancer, its treatments, and the effects both have on relationships, body image, sexuality, mortality, and more. Although cancer can be excruciatingly painful, it can also be an opportunity for incredible growth.
