I am a compassionate, warm, and patient clinician that finds joy in helping individuals and families reach their highest potential in life. I view therapy as an extraordinary process that fosters resilience, hope, and healing from life’s greatest challenges. My goal as a therapist is to create and maintain a safe space to allow for gentle exploration and fulfillment of one’s goals, values, and needs. I utilize client-centered and strength-based approaches with my clients as well as CBT, DBT, ACT, and family systems techniques to address depression, anxiety, trauma, self-esteem, disordered eating/body image issues, and relationship difficulties. I believe in using a holistic approach that integrates the mind and body connection to optimize well-being and create deeper understanding of the whole self. I am also trained in EMDR to help people discover and let go of what has been blocking their happiness, success, and overall well-being.
