Events Registration

OC CAMFT accepts pre-payment of events via PayPal or Check Payment.

Payment with PayPal is available on each of our event pages. You do not need to have a PayPal account to continue with payment. Your proof of registration is the receipt that you are provided at the completion of PayPal payment.

Please complete the form below if you would like to register for OC CAMFT events and you plan to mail your payment. Please enter your membership status, contact number, note the event that you are registering for, and note your preferred method of payment. All check payments must be postmarked 7 days prior to scheduled event.

Check payments should receive an email confirmation up to 2 days prior to the event if the payment is postmarked 7 days prior to the scheduled event.

If you choose to pay by check and not complete the registration form below, please leave a message with your name, membership status, contact number, email address, and note which event you would like to be registered for at 714.556.7129, ext. 2. All check payments must be postmarked 7 days prior to scheduled event. You should receive an email confirmation of registration up to 2 days prior to the event if your check is received by our deadline.

If we did not receive your payment prior to the deadline, you will need to pay the walk-in registration fee at the event whether your are a member or not.

Walk-in registration is available. We can only accept payment of cash, check, or credit card for onsite payment.

Cancellation Policy

 

 

ATTENTION: Cancellations can be made by calling 714.556.7129, ext 2, no later than 2 days prior to the event by 6 PM. Please note that our cancellation policy requests that you cancel your reservation by this date and time so that you may receive a full refund minus $5.00 for processing. All cancellations made past this time will not receive a refund. Further, reservations are only confirmed via Paypal or sending check payment and leaving a voicemail by date stated. Voicemails received without payment received by check deadline will be considered walk-in registration and charged the walk-in cost. All checks must be postmarked by 7 days prior to the scheduled event date.
