If you are a Professional, Pre-Licensed, or Intern CAMFT member and would like to join OC-CAMFT, you can download our membership application form:

If you would like a copy of the application form mailed or faxed to you, please send us an email with your mailing address.

In order to join OC CAMFT, you must be a member of CAMFT. If you are not already a member of CAMFT, please first go to www.camft.org to complete their application process. Please complete our application upon completion of CAMFT membership.
